STIR Cold Brew (Original)

Our original plain cold brew coffee product featuring our three-bean blend of fruit-noted Ethiopian, dark chocolate Nicaraguan, and spicy Sumatra Mandheling beans consists of chocolate and berry-fruit notes with undertones of dark warm spices. Our local coffee roaster at Quarrymen Coffee Roasting Company specially crafted this blend for our STIR Cold Brew Coffee products to ensure a rich and bold coffee flavor roasted to the perfect medium.

Our original cold brew coffee is thus far, our top seller and is best enjoyed straight out of the bottle as a ready-to-drink cold brew coffee beverage. You may also pour it over ice, make ice cubes out of it, or even warm it up in your favorite mug! If plain black coffee isn't your thing, try adding some milk or half & half for a delicious cold coffee beverage.

This coffee also makes a fantastic cocktail and one of our favorites utilizes our original STIR Cold Brew Coffee poured over a couple ice cubes, with a shot of Grey Goose vodka, and a splash of chocolate Godiva liqueur. Also, try using it as a light marinade for meat or poultry!

STIR Cold Brew (Flavored)

Our flavored cold brew coffee varieties utilize our original three-bean STIR Cold Brew Blend described above. The only difference? We kick these bottles of cold brew up a notch by adding a hint of flavor with pure cane sugar syrups that are very true to taste without being overwhelmingly sweet. Upon product release we debuted two coffee world favorites in hazelnut and caramel, but stay tuned for more flavors to be added to our product line over time, or even click the heading above and help us choose the next flavor by voting!

Our flavored ready-to-drink cold brews are fantastic right out of the bottle. When creating these beverages, it was incredibly important to us to not destroy the integrity of the coffee. As you take a sip we want you to experience a sweet delicious flavor on the front end of your tongue that isn't too overwhelming. Then on the back end of your tongue, you get that bold delicious coffee flavor. It's the perfect balance. Try adding milk or half & half to these as well, or pour them over ice. These can also be used to make cocktails.

STIR Cold Brew (Decaf)

Our decaffeinated cold brew coffee is a naturally decaffeinated Colombian coffee that is decaffeinated in Colombia through a natural spring water and Ethyl Acetate (EA) combined process. This substance is obtained from the sugar cane industry in Colombia and this solvent combined with natural spring water strips the coffee beans of their caffeine without the use of nasty chemicals or excessive heat or pressure like the method used in Canada where most coffee beans are sent to be decaffeinated. Our decaf coffee is roasted to a perfect medium and boasts notes of toasted nut, caramel, and semi-sweet chocolate. A major goal of our coffee roaster, and us as we brew it, is to ensure that this special decaf Colombian coffee actually tastes like coffee! Regular coffee drinkers, cannot tell a difference!

Our decaf cold brew coffee is a ready-to-drink beverage as well right out of the bottle and can be enjoyed in all of the same forms mentioned previously. This coffee might be even better for cocktails due to its flavor notes and you won't be mixing a stimulant with a depressant with caffeinated coffee and alcohol. Children or those who either don't want or can't have caffeine can enjoy this delicious decaf cold brew coffee at any time of the day or night!
